This gorgeous kids dress has all the details an adult dress would have.  Comes with a miniature taffeta and velvet patterned mini top hat with black ribbons along the back.  The bodice has a wide neck adorned with lace trims and beads.  Front skirt gathers in an over drape and bustles down the back, also trimmed in black beaded fringe.  At the very bottom is a solid ruffle hand pleated out of black silk shantung.
