This is an original character mash-up between a feminine version of Jolly Holiday Bert and Trolley Girls from Disneyland.  Outfit comes with a female red satin Victorian style vest with two custom printed satin striped welted pockets in the front, striped lapel and button up front.  Vest shapes down with princess seams and a v in back.  Skirt is made from large stripes and finished off with a cotton eyelet lace at the bottom.  Modesty panels and hook and bar closure on skirt.  Also comes with a matching miniature straw hat with striped satin bow.  Hat attaches with bobby pins to the hair with two small ribbon loops on the inside.  Blouse has large Victorian sleeves with elastic casings and lace edges and has a small floral print (print may vary).  Front has rows of lace and a collar with intertwined yellow ribbon that ties to a bow.  Buttons up the back with pearlized buttons.
