This costume is done as a replica from the Smallville "Green Arrow" Costume in PVC vinyl.  All the detailing you see is completely pieced - meaning that each individual color change is actually it's own piece sewn together to create the design you see in the photos.  There is no "printing" or ready made fabric shown.  It was individually patterned and sewn.  The piping around the hood and down the front is handmade from yellow vinyl.  Zipper front.  Hood has hand appliqued applique.  Pants made the same way with alternating colors and striping.  Jacket and pants are lined in black for a nice feel on the inside.
