Makes a beautiful Cinderella look. A 7-layer petticoat with a one size fits most waist. Taffeta inside lining 40" from waist to bottom hem. Thousands of inches of netting in the middle and scratchless cover on the outside measuring 43" long. Suitable for most any ballgown where you want it to go out from the hip instead of down in an A-line look. Layers can be fluffed outwards really really full or left alone for a nice rounded shape.
