This beautiful Rapunzel Costume looks like it walked off a storybook.
The bodice is made of lavender floral brocade with a solid purple panel in the middle. The lacing is pink rattail down the front with eyelets. The puffed sleeves are alternating baby pink satin and solid purple satin pieced together and sewn (Not ribbon like other versions you see out there!). The bottom half of the sleeve is white chiffon and edged with white lace. Matching white lace is around the neckline for a final touch. The cuffs have beautiful gold and purple beaded trim around the cuffs. The bodice zips with an separating zipper in the back.
The skirt is simply lovely with a nice full purple bridal satin all around. The matching gold and purple trim from the sleeves starts on either side of the godet and goes along the border of the skirt all the way around. Then it is finished off with lace around the bottom hem. The center godet has matching lavender floral brocade like the bodice. Hook and bar adjustable closure.
